Advt. 01 (NFL)/2026 — Management Trainee (E-1)
Pay and Training
- Pay scale: ₹40,000 - 3% - ₹1,40,000
- During 1-year training: basic pay at ₹40,000
- After successful training/regularization: placed in same scale at basic pay ₹41,200
Service Agreement Bond
- Bond amount: ₹4,50,000
- Mandatory service: minimum 3 years after successful completion of training
Posting Clause
- Candidate can be posted in any unit/office/joint venture of company based on administrative requirement.
