  • Marigold is a herbaceous plant.
  • Seed rate: 1 - 1.5 kg/hac.
  • Seedling become ready for planting - one month after sowing.
  • Pinching of rainy crop is beneficial to avoid water logging.
  • Marigold is not used in Gajra. (Generally Jashmin flowers are used)
